Key Point: Agent Tunnel processes your messages and code locally on your machine. We do not have access to your code, commands, or Claude conversations. We only collect minimal data necessary to operate the licensing system.

When you purchase a license, we collect:
- Email address: To deliver your license key and communicate about your account
- Payment information: Processed securely by LemonSqueezy; we do not store credit card details
- Order ID: To track purchases and provide support
1.2 Machine Identifier
When you activate your license, we generate and store a machine identifier. This is a hashed value derived from your hardware characteristics. We use this to:
- Ensure each license is used on one machine at a time
- Enable license transfers when you change computers
We cannot reverse this hash to identify your specific hardware or location.
1.3 Usage Data
We may collect basic usage analytics:
- Application version
- Operating system type
- License validation timestamps
- Error reports (if you opt in)
We do NOT collect:
- Your code or files
- Commands you send to Claude
- Claude's responses
- Contents of your Telegram/Slack messages
- Your IP address (beyond what's necessary for API requests)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver and activate your license
- Process subscription renewals
- Provide customer support
- Send important product updates
- Prevent license fraud and abuse

3. Data Storage and Security
Your license data is stored securely using:
- Cloudflare D1: Encrypted database storage
- HTTPS: All API communications are encrypted
- Access controls: Only authorized personnel can access license data
We retain your license data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes.

5. Your Data on Your Machine
Agent Tunnel operates primarily on your local machine. Here's what stays local:
- Your Cloudflare tunnel credentials
- Your workspace directory setting
- All Claude Code sessions and history
- All messages sent via Telegram/Slack
- All code and file operations
We have no access to this data. It never leaves your machine except through your configured messaging platform (Telegram/Slack).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your license data
- Correction: Update your email address
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (note: this will invalidate your license)
- Portability: Receive your data in a standard format
